Zenkins provides SLA-backed post-launch support covering crash monitoring and resolution, iOS and Android OS version compatibility updates (Apple and Google release major updates annually, requiring app testing and updates), security patches, third-party SDK updates, App Store and Play Store policy compliance updates, and feature development. We offer monthly or annual retainer contracts. We recommend at minimum a six-month post-launch support agreement, as the first two iOS and Android OS updates after launch will require compatibility work.
