1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Claim (Takedown Notice)

- Accuracy & Authority Statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please note: By submitting a takedown claim, you acknowledge and agree that your identity and claim details may be shared with the alleged infringer as required by law.
2. Counter-Notification (Disputing a Takedown)
If material belonging to you has been removed from our Site as a result of a copyright claim and you believe the removal was made in error or based on misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to have the material restored.
Your counter-notification must contain all of the following, as required under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3):
- Your Signature — A physical or electronic signature.
- Description of Removed Material — A description of the material that was removed and the URL or location where it appeared before removal.
- Good Faith Statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your Contact Information & Jurisdictional Consent — Your full name, physical address, and phone number, along with a statement that:
- You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India; and
- You will accept service of process from the party who filed the original infringement notice.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Zenkins Technologies takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy requirements, we:
- Maintain a record of all DMCA takedown notices received from copyright holders.
- Make a good faith effort to identify users or accounts associated with repeated infringement.
- Terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers under our internal policy.
