This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and standards governing the use of zenkins.com (the “Site”), and any platforms, tools, portals, systems, or services provided by Zenkins Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Zenkins,” “we,” “us,” “Company”) to clients, partners, vendors, employees, contractors, and other authorized users (collectively, “Users”).
By accessing or using our Site or any Zenkins-provided service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access and, where applicable, legal action.
This AUP should be read alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and DMCA Policy.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this AUP is to:
- Protect the integrity, security, and availability of Zenkins’ systems, infrastructure, and services
- Safeguard the interests of Zenkins, its clients, and third parties
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Define clear expectations for all Users of Zenkins platforms and services
2. Scope
This AUP applies to:
- All visitors and users of zenkins.com
- Clients accessing Zenkins-operated portals, service desks, or project management tools
- Vendors, contractors, and partners with access to Zenkins systems or client environments
- Zenkins employees accessing company or client systems, both on-site and remotely
- Any person or entity that interacts with systems, infrastructure, or networks operated or managed by Zenkins
3. Permitted Use
Users may access and use Zenkins’ Site and services for:
- Legitimate business inquiries, service engagement, and communication
- Accessing and managing contracted IT services, software projects, or support engagements
- Downloading authorized resources such as whitepapers, case studies, and documentation
- Submitting project requirements, support tickets, or feedback through designated channels
- Participating in authorized training, knowledge-sharing, or collaboration activities
All use must be lawful, ethical, and consistent with the purpose for which access was granted.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our Site, systems, or services:
4.1 Illegal & Harmful Activities
- Using the Site or services for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), or any other relevant local, national, or international law
- Engaging in fraud, identity theft, phishing, or impersonation of any person or organization
- Transmitting or distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful
- Facilitating or promoting terrorism, violence, or activities harmful to individuals or groups
- Engaging in unauthorized financial activities or money laundering through Zenkins platforms
4.2 Security Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any Zenkins system, server, database, network, or account — or to any client or third-party system managed by Zenkins
- Conducting or facilitating hacking, penetration attacks, brute-force attacks, or port scanning without explicit written authorization
- Introducing, uploading, or transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code
- Attempting to intercept, monitor, or alter communications not intended for you
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security controls, firewalls, or authentication mechanisms
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in Zenkins systems or client environments for any unauthorized purpose
4.3 Disruption of Services
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the availability or performance of the Site or Zenkins services, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flooding, or spamming
- Overloading systems through automated bots, scripts, or crawlers without prior written permission
- Interfering with other Users’ access to or enjoyment of Zenkins services
4.4 Intellectual Property Violations
- Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Zenkins content, code, or materials without prior written authorization
- Uploading or distributing content that infringes the intellectual property rights of Zenkins or any third party
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Zenkins software, platform, or system
- Removing or altering proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings on any Zenkins materials
4.5 Unauthorized Data Use
- Collecting, harvesting, or scraping personal data or other information from the Site or Zenkins systems without authorization
- Processing, disclosing, or using client or third-party data beyond the scope of an authorized engagement or agreement
- Storing personal data on unauthorized systems or transmitting it to unauthorized parties
- Using data obtained through Zenkins services for purposes not agreed upon in the applicable contract
4.6 Misuse of Communication Channels
- Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through any Zenkins platform or system
- Using Zenkins email systems, contact forms, or portals to distribute chain messages, pyramid schemes, or misleading content
- Impersonating Zenkins employees, management, or other authorized users in communications
4.7 Inappropriate Content
- Uploading, posting, or transmitting content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative
- Distributing content that incites discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Publishing or transmitting false, misleading, or deceptive information that could harm Zenkins or any third party
5. Responsible Disclosure of Security Vulnerabilities
Zenkins welcomes responsible disclosure of potential security vulnerabilities. If you discover a vulnerability in our systems or Site:
- Do not exploit, publicly disclose, or share the vulnerability before notifying us
- Report it promptly and confidentially to contact@zenkins.com with the subject line “Security Vulnerability Report”
- Include a clear description of the vulnerability, steps to reproduce it, and potential impact
- Allow Zenkins reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure
We are committed to acknowledging and addressing valid reports promptly. Responsible security researchers acting in good faith will not face legal action.
6. Monitoring & Enforcement
6.1 Monitoring. Zenkins reserves the right to monitor usage of its Site and systems for security, compliance, and quality assurance purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law and as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Investigation. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Users agree to cooperate reasonably with such investigations.
6.3 Consequences of Violation. Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Zenkins may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a formal warning
- Temporarily suspend access to the Site or services
- Permanently terminate access and the associated service agreement
- Pursue civil remedies, including injunctions and claims for damages
- Report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Disclose information to law enforcement where required or permitted by law
6.4 No Liability for Enforcement Actions. Zenkins shall not be liable to any User for suspension or termination of access resulting from a violation of this AUP.
7. User Responsibilities
All Users are responsible for:
- Ensuring their own compliance with this AUP and all applicable laws
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials
- Promptly reporting any suspected security incidents, unauthorized access, or AUP violations to contact@zenkins.com
- Ensuring that anyone accessing Zenkins systems under their account (e.g., team members, contractors) also complies with this AUP
8. Client-Specific Responsibilities
Clients engaging Zenkins for managed IT, software development, or other services are additionally responsible for:
- Ensuring their own end-users and staff comply with applicable terms when using systems managed or developed by Zenkins
- Providing accurate and lawful instructions for data Processing activities
- Not granting access to Zenkins-managed systems to unauthorized parties
- Promptly notifying Zenkins of personnel changes that affect access rights (e.g., employee departures)
9. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Where Zenkins services involve third-party platforms, tools, or integrations, Users must also comply with the terms and acceptable use policies of those third parties. Zenkins is not liable for violations arising from a User’s misuse of third-party services accessed through or in connection with Zenkins’ offerings.
10. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a potential violation of this AUP — by any user, third party, or otherwise — please report it to us promptly:

Reports will be treated confidentially to the extent possible under applicable law.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This AUP shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes arising from or related to this AUP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
12. Amendments
Zenkins reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site or services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
